I have updated my personal cheat sheet to Postal rates for packages. It makes sense to me & here's hoping others can find it useful, too.
This is a screen shot, as i could not get a link to work. It's fairly readable if you click on it.
*missing info... in the pink area, it's supposed to say "Parcel post- zip dependent" & in the purple area, the weight limits & some pricing is missing... argh
